The latest updates, Ryanair surprised Customers is not something never happened before. Their system failure all across Europe halted flights and people were unable to check-in for their flights. It was a moment of chaos for many travelers and they tried various apps and website but nothing really worked in favor and kept them in the middle of nowhere. Officials, however, claims that the system has been restored but people without checking the actual status of the flights still complaining and posting on social media which is actually not real.
Major system failure is not the first time happening all across Europe
Ryanair flights are reportedly grounded across Europe after a ‘major systems failure’ stopped people from being able to check-in online. The systems failure happened overnight and has affected major airports across the continent. One plane was kept on the tarmac for 90 minutes this morning with passengers being told there had been a ‘country-wide systems failure’.
The airline said the system has now been restored but passengers are still complaining of problems on social media. Graeme Jolly tweeted: ‘Confusion, chaos and absolute carnage right now at the check-in/bag drop desks at Rome Ciampino. 20minutes so far and no closer to desks. Totally unacceptable.’ Some people reported being stranded and delayed while others complained of having to pay to check-in at the desk because they couldn’t do so on the airline’s app. Others missed their flight through no fault of their own because a problem with the baggage system meant they couldn’t check-in.
