To enter, you must write a 300-word statement to explain what makes you a worthy winner and describe details of any projects you have in mind to shape your local community.
Entries will be judged by Salboy’s managing director Simon Ismail, self-made businessman Fred Done, and director of top management and letting firm Urbanbubble, Michael Howard.
The deadline to enter is midnight on July 18, 2019.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the expert panel in Warrington on July 23.

Terms and conditions
The winner must be over the age of 18 and currently renting a property or living at home. The winner must never have owned a home previously or invested in property in the UK or abroad.
The winner will agree to full publicity and shall also be available to be interviewed by the panel on July 23.
Most importantly, you must be someone who wants to make a difference and has imaginative and creative ideas to help shape your surrounding community.
