Kids are approaching towards holidays in July and August and families in advance booking water parks beaches and family places where they could make there time memorable with families and kids. A fresh thunderstorm warning covering Greater Manchester has been issued by the Met Office. The yellow weather alert is in place from 3pm on Thursday afternoon until 4am the following morning.
Temperatures are expected to climb to around 33C tomorrow, making it likely to be the hottest day of the year so far in Manchester. But the hot weather will spark scattered thunderstorms later on in the day and will continue overnight.
According to the Met Office website, there could be power cuts and damage to buildings where the lightning strikes.
